How does property onboarding work?

It starts with a phone call, then a thorough visit of your property in La Plagne. We assess your needs, set up the management plan and organise everything: cleaning, check-in, guest communication and listing optimisation.

What types of properties do you manage?

Studios, 1- and 2-bedroom flats, chalets and residences in La Plagne and the neighbouring villages (Aime, Bellentre, Mâcot-la-Plagne, Champagny-en-Vanoise). Every property gets a service tailored to its layout and location.

What is your commission?

Our commission is 20% (excl. VAT) of the revenue generated. No fixed fee, no subscription: you only pay if your property earns bookings, our interests are 100% aligned with yours.

How long until the listing goes live and the first booking?

Your listing goes live within 24 to 48 hours of signing the contract. The first booking comes in on average within 72 hours: La Plagne is a year-round destination (skiing in winter, hiking and mountain biking in summer, remote work at altitude), demand never stops.

Do I need to be present for the visit or operations?

No. We can run the initial visit with or without you, then handle everything remotely: communication, key handover, monitoring, invoicing and reporting.

Can I block dates for personal use?

Of course. You remain the owner and master of your calendar: block your dates from your dashboard or let us know, the update is immediate.

How can I track my property’s performance?

You get access to a real-time dashboard (bookings, revenue, occupancy rate, calendar) and a detailed report after every stay.

What happens if there is an issue with a guest?

Our team is reachable 7 days a week. In case of emergency (breakdown, jammed lock, sanitary issue), we step in or send a qualified contractor quickly, and you are kept informed in real time. Your properties are also covered by the platforms’ host guarantees.

How does the key handover work in practice?

Your choice: an in-person welcome at an agreed time, or a secure code-based key box for arrivals outside our office hours. In both cases, the guest receives clear instructions before arrival.

Do you manage short and mid-term rentals?

Yes. We handle short stays of a few nights (Airbnb-style) as well as rentals of several weeks or months (seasonal workers, business travellers in the Tarentaise). We adapt the strategy to your property and your goals.

Is the transfer or shuttle included?

The airport or train station transfer is an option you can offer your guests. The fee is charged to the guest or included in the booking price, depending on your choice.
