Concierge service and property management — Aime 2000 · Montalbert

Concierge Service Aime 2000 and Montalbert
from the Paquebot des neiges to the forest village

Two sectors of La Plagne, one team to manage your apartment.

Plagne Aime 2000 and Montalbert

Plagne Aime 2000 is a high-altitude village (around 2,100 metres) built in the 1970s, whose arc-shaped building, nicknamed the “Paquebot des neiges” (snow liner), has become a resort icon: full south exposure, ski-in ski-out, direct access to the area. Montalbert, by contrast, is a traditional village-resort located lower down (around 1,350 metres), in the forest, on the Aime side: a more authentic, family-friendly atmosphere while still being linked to La Plagne.

Two clienteles, two rental strengths

Aime 2000 attracts those who love ski-in ski-out, sunshine and a certain retro spirit; Montalbert appeals to families and to those who prefer a village setting, quieter and often more accessible. In both cases the winter rental potential is there, and in summer the forest side of Montalbert adds opportunities. Yes Conciergerie La Plagne adapts the presentation, pricing and welcome to each of these two sectors.

Frequently asked questions

Aime 2000 and Montalbert, are they the same kind of property?

No, they are two very different vibes. Plagne Aime 2000, around 2,100 metres, is the famous "Paquebot des neiges" with 1970s architecture, ski-in ski-out and full south exposure. Montalbert, around 1,350 metres, is a traditional village-resort on the forest side, more authentic and family-friendly, linked to the area. We manage both.

Does Montalbert rent well despite a lower altitude?

Yes. Montalbert appeals to guests looking for a village setting, quieter and often more affordable, while still being connected to the La Plagne area. Winter demand is real there, and the forest side is an asset in summer.
